Golf in Bangkok

This pleasant "layout has four sets of tees and measures only 6,100 yards from the yellow markers, but stretches to 7,134 from the champion tee. The emphasis here is not so much on trees as obstacles, but bunkers; 69 in total. Basically a thinking man's course, it features sandy terrain, water along the fairways and numerous dog-legs. The par four holes are not overly long, which makes for enjoyable golf. The clubhouse amenities are good, and there is also a swimming pool, tennis court and a sports complex.

Golf in Chiang Mai

Providing stunning views of Chiangmai's hills and the Doi Suthep temple, the tough 27-hole Lanna Golf Club is a must for the keen golfer. Situated only fifteen minutes drive away from Chiangmai, the 27-hole courses' fairways are lined with trees which offer the golfer welcome shade, while its greens are very well. Looked after and offer fantastic play all year round. Although opened as an 18-hole in 1975, nine more holes were added later on what used to be the Club's horse riding track.

Golf in Hua Hin

The first of the new courses to open in 1991, Palm Hills is the closest to Hua Hin. It was the main venue for the inaugural Thailand World Pro Am tournament in 1993 and the Max Wexler design blends with the natural terrain of the surrounding hills to provide a layout which is enjoyable to golfers of all standards. Water hazards feature at regular intervals.Thousands of brightly coloured bourganvilleas add to the natural beauty and the back nine provides some tremendous views of the Gulf of Thailand. The greens can be fast with some very tricky borrows.

Golf in Kanchanaburi

The course is fully self contained golf and recreation resort nestle between the moutains of the western border and the legendary River Kwai,this course is rated as among the best in the country.Situated close to edge of the River Kwai surrounding by moutain, the lakes and the river with the varieties of trees and flowers. There are many of difficult and challanging holes for you to try. Only 2 and half hours from Bangkok.

Golf in Pattaya

This truly picturespue Jack Nicklaus designed championship course truly is one of Thailand’s finest. The 27 – hole – Mountain, Lake and Creek nines – Laem Chabang International Country Club is located in Sriracha, approximately two hours away from Bangkok and is well worth the visit. The rolling hills of the surrounding countryside have been used to great effect, and hazards to stop you reaching the large elevated greens are in abundance.

Golf in Phuket

Phuket has four fine golf courses, all of which have been designed to take full advantage of the island's tropical trees and abundant water. Many visitors come solely for golf.
